10 by 10

10 by 9.20, actually - for Mick that is, what with his three repetitions of the first mile. In reality we're eight miles in, and thus half way through our day.

(By the way, updates are not going to continue at this regularity, I'm just getting my money's worth whilst I can get a phone signal - which is soon likely to be a rarity.)
